He holds a degree in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and began his career with the Los Angeles Police Department, serving in the Gang, Narcotics, and SWAT units. This foundation in public safety has shaped his approach to operational intelligence and technology innovation.

For the past 23 years, Randy has specialized in video applications and computer vision AI, working with Fortune 1000 companies, global partners, and government agencies. His early career as a National Account Manager focused on delivering intelligent safety solutions across commercial, retail, and public sectors—particularly in combating Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and enhancing facility security.

As the former Global General Manager of Computer Vision AI at Dell Technologies, Randy led strategic initiatives across go-to-market planning, partner ecosystems, and the development of advanced technologies including Digital Twin platforms and Federated Analytics & Learning.
