Jodie Brinkerhoff is Chief Strategy Officer at Sotereon.AI, the leader in AI-driven LiDAR perception software. Sotereon’s revolutionary software platform combines LiDAR analytics, proprietary perception software, and artificial intelligence to provide the most comprehensive and advanced solutions for airports, cities, industrial, retail and critical infrastructure today. Jodie is responsible for industry engagement, marketing and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Sotereon, Jodie was Vice President, Innovation at DFW Airport where she led the Innovation team for over six years. Her team worked across the enterprise, to investigate, ideate, incubate and implement new products and solutions for the airport. She was also responsible for driving innovation culture and skill building initiatives to unlock the potential of their employees (“Everyday Innovators”). In 2024, Jodie’s team won the Product Development Management Association’s Outstanding Corporate Innovator Award and in 2025 Jodie was named a “Top Woman in Technology” by the Dallas Business Journal.
Jodie held previous roles as the North American Innovation lead for Mastercard Labs in New York City, SVP at Fuel Cycle (a software-as-a-service start up) and global research companies where she sold consulting services into various business sectors including financial services, travel, retail and entertainment.
Jodie is Co-Chair of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Facilities and Technical Services Committee, is a founding Advisory Board member of industry group, Women Leading Travel, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Jim McNatt Institute for Logistics Research at the University of North Texas.
Jodie holds a BA in communications from Loyola University in Maryland and MBA in marketing from the University of San Francisco.
